- Qualification: Retired JCOs (Junior Commissioned Officers) from Pakistan Army
- Experience: Must have a typing speed of 50 and 100 words per minute
- Location: KP and Northern Areas Armed Services Board Directorates (Peshawar and Gilgit)
Assistant (DASBS):
- Age: Up to 50 years
- Qualification: Retired JCOs from Pakistan Army, Navy, or Air Force
- Experience: Office management experience
- Other Skills: Must pass the NITB IT course during the probation period
- Location: District Armed Services Boards (DASBS) in Faisalabad, Mianwali, and Gilgit
Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
- Age: Up to 45 years
- Qualification: Retired Havaldar Clerk from Pakistan Army or equivalent from Navy or Air Force
- Experience: Clerical work experience
- Other Skills: Typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Location: Deputy Assistant Director Board Services (DADBS) in Gujrat and Gujranwala
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
- Age: Up to 45 years
- Qualification: Retired Naik/Lance Naik Clerk from Pakistan Army or equivalent from Navy
- Experience: Basic clerical duties
- Other Skills: Typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Location: District Armed Services Boards (DASB) in Dera Ghazi Khan and Rahim Yar Khan
