Terms & Conditions for Hiring CTIs:

Qualifications:

• For BS Colleges:
• MS/MPhil/PhD
• If not available, MA/MSc may be considered.

For Other Colleges (including Community Colleges):

• Master’s Degree / BS (FYDP) with at least a 2nd Division in the relevant subject.
• Stipend:
• Rs. 50,000/- per month.
• Stipend disbursement will be through cross cheques/bank accounts of the selected CTIs.

Marks Distribution for Educational Qualification:

• 85 marks for the qualification.
• 5 marks for qualifications above Master’s Degree.
• 5 marks for position holders in Board/University.
• 5 marks for interview performance (awarded based on satisfactory presentation on the subject).
