Detail of Pakistan Export Import Bank Recruitment 2024:
Position: Head of Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and apply a strong audit framework to assess risks and improve the bank’s operations.
- Develop and carry out risk-based audit plans across all departments of the bank.
- Lead efforts to detect fraud and ensure audits of outsourced services.
- Provide independent evaluations and suggest solutions for improvement.
- Report audit findings to the Board Audit Committee.
- Work closely with department heads to improve financial and management controls.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and offer suggestions for better performance.
- Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and high performance within the audit team.
Qualification:
- Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants like CA, CPA, ACMA, ACCA.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of work experience in banks or Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in Pakistan.
- Out of those 10 years, at least 5 years in a senior management role in internal auditing.
