- 2 years residential training at Pakistan Marine Academy (PMA).

Selection Procedure:
Entrance Test: Conducted in multiple cities; minimum 50% marks required to qualify.
Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates will be examined at designated Army/Navy Hospitals.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
- Running: 1.6 km in 8 minutes
- Push-ups: 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Sit-ups: 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Chin-ups: 2 repetitions in 2 minutes
Final Selection: Based on F.Sc marks, entry test marks, medical, PET, and interview.
Ineligibility Conditions:
- Submitting tampered or false academic certificates/documents.
- Concealment of information or providing false information in the application form.
- Withdrawal from any academy or training institution on disciplinary grounds or weak academic performance.
- Dismissal or resignation from government service or Armed Forces.
- Non-combination of required subjects and DAE diploma holders.
- Medically unfit candidates as declared by Armed Forces hospitals.
- Candidates declared color blind.
